Refund and exchange

Zwenh Return & Exchange Policy 

 Your comfort is our priority If you're not fully in love with your Zwenh bag, we're here to help. Here’s how returns and exchanges work:

Timeline:
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to start a return or exchange.  
For this, your bag must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

If Your Bag Has a defect (Our Responsibility):
- We’re sorry! We’ll cover all shipping fees.  
- You can choose: a brand new replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

If There’s No Defect:
- Returns and exchanges are still allowed.
- The customer covers the shipping cost (return + delivery).
- Exchanges are available for color or model changes of the same product.
(Keep in mind the item should be unused and has it's all tags) 

What Can’t Be Returned?
- Exceeded 14 days exchange timeline.
- Any bag showing signs of wear, damage, or with removed tags.

Need to Change or Cancel Your Order?
You can make changes or cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it.

Here’s How to Start a Return or Exchange:
1. Contact us via WhatsApp.
2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
3. Add a note with your order number + reason for return/exchange.
4. We’ll schedule a courier to collect the item.

What Happens Next?  
Once we receive your returned bag, we will process your request within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Policy

Estimated Delivery 3-5 Working Days.

  • If you don’t want the item, it can be returned to the courier, and only shipping fees will be charged.
  • In the case of receiving any wrong or damaged items, items can be returned immediately to the courier, and shipping fees will be covered by us.
